Booking Policy for Mindful Odyssey

  • Reservations: All sessions, including initial assessments and follow-ups, must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A one-time initial assessment ($160) is required before booking follow-up sessions.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost (e.g., $80 for a $160 intake, $100 for a $200 combined session, or $87.50 for a $175 follow-up).

  • Late Cancellation Credit: The cancellation fee will be credited toward your next appointment, provided it is booked and attended within 30 days. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged, with no credit applied.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Insurance receipts are provided where applicable, based on your plan and credentials (RN and psychotherapy services).
