As a registered nurse and psychotherapist, I blend medical expertise with holistic care to support your whole-person healing. My journey began in nursing, where I provided compassionate care in hospitals, managing treatments and listening to patients’ stories. I saw that true healing goes beyond the body—emotions and spirit play a vital role. This led me to psychotherapy, where I learned to address the mind’s impact on health, from stress to hope, unlocking deeper recovery.
 

With my nursing background, I understand the body’s systems and can order lab tests to assess physical health factors like hormone levels or nutrient deficiencies that may affect your mental well-being. As a psychotherapist, I create a safe space to explore emotions and traumas, using holistic practices like mindfulness and somatic awareness. I also review medications, ensuring they align with your therapy goals, and collaborate closely with your doctors and medical team to coordinate care seamlessly.
 

I’m equipped to make referrals to specialists—psychiatrists, nutritionists, or others—when needed, ensuring comprehensive support.
